Truckly Consultancy Final Write Up
Above is the final write up for my summer internship with Truckly. Truckly was looking for consultants willing to do market research and make data-driven decisions on where to expand their operations. The report covers detailed market research of multiple European markets, a priority market expansion recommendation, and B2B and B2C campaign plans.
Strategic Communication Project
Here I attached the final presentation for my strategic communications consultancy project. My team partnered with a small private jeweler company who was looking to develop a solid, multi-channel communication plan as well as broaden their customer reach. The presentation includes a company story, detailed situational analyzes, audience segmentations, and a content strategy.
Blockchain Presentation
Above is a research project I did during my master's that explored in detail how blockchain and decentralized systems work. This presentation covers how it works, current business applications, and global regulations for these systems.
Startup Venture Pitch Deck
Attached here is the final leave behind pitch deck from my startup venture project. The concept for our startup was a women's health app dedicated to providing reliable health information in an easily digestible, scrollable content style. This pitch deck includes market sizing and segmentation, a go-to-market strategy, and financial model for the app, as well as a detail appendix of all relevant research used to prove our business model.
MVP App
Above is a link to the app prototype I created for the startup venture project using Base44. The app includes a wide range of features that we included based on our findings in our customer discovery. Some interesting features I created are the My Plan, which uses AI to generate a customized weekly plan based on the user's goals and menstrual cycle phase, and the Self Check-In, which allows users to input their symptoms and get research backed, AI generated explanations and remedies.
